With so much that was in the news about the case I never really knew who to believe but hearing her story in her own words and own voice was really amazing. This is a must read. I couldnt put it down

Vintage Sandford. You know who the bad guy is (with a twist), but it still takes the whole book to figure out how to catch him. Davenport manages to solve the case without the help of T.F. Flowers.

So many threads in this story and not one left dangling. The Burgess Boys deals with family dysfunction, a Big lie, an act against a minority population in the small Maine town that puts a family member at great risk, betrayal and so much more. Intriguing, compelling read. Strout is the one who brought me back to fiction with her spot-on dialogue that rings so true. I loved this book.   Check out this book!
