Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad
Author
Michael Martin
Review
It's about Harriet Tubman saving a bunch of slaves and taking them from Maryland to Canada. I didn't know that it was 500 miles from Maryland to Canada. Harriet is brave, she got hit in the head by a weight because someone else was trying to hit another slave but it hit her instead. The book made me a little sad. It's also a Graphic book.

Stick Dog Chases a Pizza
Author
Tom Watson
Review
On a "funny" scale of one to ten, I give this book a 20.5! It's about these five dogs: Stripes the Dalmatian, Poo-Poo the poodle, Mutt the mutt, Karen the dachshund, and their brave leader Stick Dog. They're all trying to find a Frisbee to play with, but Karen finds an old cardboard pizza plate with bits of sauce and cheese on it. So they go to a pizza place and try to infiltrate it and get some pizza, but not before trying to rescue a kitten, stopping to find constellations, and coming up with some wacky plans. They end up getting their pizza.  Check out this book!

This book is the fifth book in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. It is fun and exciting and I would recommend it for ages between 8 and 12. There are two more connected series hat I hope to read soon.  Check out this book!
