Our 2015 summer reading program officially ended on August 15th. But the free book and other prizes for reading 15 hours (900 minutes) can still be picked up until the first day of school. Congratulations to all of our fantastic readers!
Welcome to the Puyallup Public Library's Summer Reading Program for children! This year we will be exploring all things heroic, from fictional superheroes to heroes in our community. There are lots of free programs throughout the entire summer. Children of all ages can register and track their reading online, while also earning prizes like books, baseball tickets, gift cards, a tent, and toys. You will earn a special prize drawing ticket for every 1 hour (60 minutes) read or read aloud to. Tickets must be picked up in 5 hour (300 minute) chunks.
Summer Reading runs from June 15th - August 15th.
